Products

Products sold through this website may include books, art prints, journals, and other creative products. Art prints may be produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Signed books or other select items may be packaged and shipped directly by Quichard Souffrant. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and printing methods.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, or other unexpected problem that prevents fulfillment.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method. Print-on-demand items are produced after an order is placed and may require additional processing time before shipment. Signed books or other personally fulfilled items may have different processing times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many products are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change-of-mind purchases. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Signed or personalized items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
